My first year of college...completed. It wasnt so bad. I made it thru with no less than C's. I have to look at my final grades for this semester but I KNOW i passed...hopefully with B's so it doesnt drag my GPA down. But college wasnt all that hard...it was basically a matter of transitioning. My first year of college brought many vital changes in my life: deliverance from many things that were beating me up spiritual, a renewed walk with God, a discovery of hidden talents, a new best friend who is now my brother b/c i said so, a future wife, a new organization that i started devoted to poetry of course, and many realizations about myself and the world around me. Im growing up, im confident in who i am for now, and most importantly i finally feel like i am pleasing God.

You really are a shining example of what a man of God should be. You life, from the little part that I get to see, reflects Christ, and His love. You passion for life, poetry, and the people around you is something anyone can learn from. I thank God, and truly feel blessed for getting the opprotunity to know you, and I'm proud to be able to call you friend.
This year in college is only the beginning of what God has in store for you, and I'm not just saying that. You potential is limitless and your personality and your faith will take you anywhere.
I'm sure there are others, but I for one am proud of you..and I ain't even family bro!
